Please read carefully before placing your order
No booking is confirmed until a 50% deposit or full payment is made.
When sending the payment please add your name as the reference so I know it's you that's sent the payment.
Before payment you will be sent a full summary of your order ensuring that everything is correct, please make sure to check this carefully as once you confirm you may not be able to make any changes. You have 48 hours to make payment once order has been finalised, failure to do this will result in your slot being put back up and potentially being taken by someone else.
If you didn't pay in full and paid deposit the remaining must be paid 48 hours before collection. Failure to do so may cause your order to be cancelled. You will not be able to collect your order unless full payment has been completed. Deposits are non refundable unless we have to cancel the order due to unforeseen circumstances.
All collection orders must be done by appointment only. Please discuss with us what time you want to collect the cake and we will give you your allocated time. You are given a 20 minute grace free period, anything after that will result in a £10 late fee. If you are unable to collect your order at the time you were supposed to it will be held for 24 hours after your agreed collection time with a £25 inconvenience & late fee. If you don't collect within the 24 hours or don't communicate with us the cake will either be resold or discarded and you will not receive a refund.
Please be aware that once a cake has been delivered/collected we are not responsible for anything that happens after. If you have a problem please let us know beforehand. If you damage the cake an need it to be fixed this may be done with a fee depending on how bad it is.
Delivery is offered all around Bristol. Delivery fees will vary depending on the location and if setup is needed. Delivery times are agreed in advance but please bear in mind that we are not liable for any delays caused by venue restrictions or circumstances that are beyond our control.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue is accessible and there is a suitable setup space and temperature conditions to ensure the cake does not get affected by humidity or unstable surfaces.
Please make sure to disclose any dietary needs or allergies when placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate all of these. We make it our number one priority to prevent any cross contamination. A full list of ingredients can be provided on request.
Photos of the cake will be sent beforehand to ensure you are happy with the finished product. We will always aim to make sure your vision comes to life and that you leave completely happy with your cake. If you are unhappy with the cake due to unclear customer instructions or changing your mind at the last minute no refund or changes can be made.
